Lokoya has always been produced in minute quantities of appellation-specific Cabernet Sauvignon wines from low-vigor mountain vineyards in the Napa Valley. They are powerful and complex and reflect the unique character of the appellations from which the fruit was sourced. But what happens when three of these distinctly different wines, from Howell Mountain, Mount Veeder and Diamond Mountain, are blended into one? This could be the most dramatic moment for Lokoya since the 1995 vintage (the first) was released in 1998.
