Description

Among rugged canyons and isolated valleys are iconic vineyards producing wines of such instantly recognizable character that they could only come from one very special place, Mount Veeder. The winegrowing on Mount Veeder is not for the timid. The usual practices must be forgotten at high elevations, where thin soils barely hold water and rocky terrain challenges both rootstock and man. These dramatic conditions result in tiny berries with intense flavor. Extended sun exposure helps develop flavor and ripen tannins. Your one-of-a-kind wine is muscular, firm and dense with ripe fruit, possessing an expansive mouthfeel and great balance. Aged in French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered, your wine is selected exclusively for Premiere Napa Valley from the very best vineyard blocks that Mt. Brave has to offer.
