- For this very special Premiere Napa Valley lot, we selected our favorite barrel and bottled it separately so the best of the best was captured
Description
“Winemaking begins in the vineyard" is much more than a slogan for Terlato Family Vineyards - it is at the very heart of the wines we craft. Napa Valley has been blessed with several back-to-back outstanding vintages, and 2016 is no exception. We are pleased to offer this unique Red Blend comprised from our highest performing vineyards. The blend consists of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc. All of these components are beautiful on their own, but blended together; they create a wine that is simultaneously soft and structured, yet plush and powerful. For our exclusive Premiere Napa Valley lot, the very best barrel of our Episode was bottled separately captured and cave aged 20 months in 100% French oak barrels. Truly the best of the best.
