Description
Fantesca’s 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon special blend comes from the estate’s nine-acre hillside vineyard in the Spring Mountain District. Ripe, luscious and juicy, it is comprised primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon with just a bit of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. The best of the vintage was selected for this event by winemakers Kirk and Nils Venge. This collector-caliber big, chewy wine will stand the test of time for 15-20 years, showing best in three to four years.
