Description
The Post Vineyard is a three-acre Diamond Mountain District vineyard planted to three different clones of Cabernet Sauvignon (#4,15 & 337) and one selection of Merlot (3-Palms selection) by Rudy von Strasser in 1993. It is located adjacent to the von Strasser Estate, and as such enjoys many of the same outstanding soil profiles and exposures. This bottling marks the inaugural release of the Post Vineyard which, with the 2001 vintage, will join the portfolio of von Strasser vineyard-designated Diamond Mountain wines.
