Description
Select blocks in our S.L.V. and FAY estate vineyards produce fruit with a certain character that we refer to as The Peacock’s Tail. It is a character that we prize in all of our red wine but it is particularly present in CASK 23. Like a peacock’s tail, the wine fans out and spreads across the palate with an endless and spectacular flair. To showcase this distinctive character, we’ve blended this Cabernet Sauvignon only from these select blocks. We are as proud as peacocks to present you this wine.
