Description
2003 marked our 25th anniversary and our winemaking team decided to share a one-of-a-kind blend to mark the occasion. This Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from vines planted 25 years ago in the rocky soils of Ridge 4. Highly coveted by our winemakers, the Ridge 4 series of blocks are located along the highest, most-western rim of the Veeder Hills Vineyard. The highly stressed soils produce small, ultra-concentrated berries while the extreme westerly exposure allows maximum sunlight to insure true ripeness. Enjoy this rare expression of Ridge 4 Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon.
