Description
This is the wine that forms the core of our Cain Five. Year in and year out, we find that our Cabernet Sauvignon is consistently distinctive and evocative of our vineyard site in the upper reaches of the Spring Mountain District. Meager soils, low yields, cool climate, and small vineyard blocks make this wine sing with the aromas of wild berries, herbs and forest, while the fine tannins draw a taught line through it all.
