Description
In the prestigious red rocks of eastern Oakville
lies the 575 OVX Vineyard. In a very short
time, this vineyard has emerged as one of the
finest sites for Cabernet Sauvignon in Napa
Valley. The Premiere Napa Valley selection will
be a special blend of the finest lots from this
8.5-acre vineyard. Planted predominantly
to Cabernet Sauvignon, the blend will also
contain accents of Cabernet Franc and Petit
Verdot from the 575 OVX Vineyard. Sure to be
one of the hottest cult Cabernets of the vintage!

Kristof Nils Anderson has been making wine in the Napa Valley since 1992. Former winemaker at Lewis Cellars and in years prior, the protégé of consultant Nils Venge, (Saddleback/Venge/Del Dotto/PlumpJack/Carter Cellars) his time has been well spent honing the skills required of an accomplished craftsman. Additional experience from working at ETS Wine Labs in St. Helena combined with cellar time at Pine Ridge and Grgich Hills provide a well rounded and balanced background.

Winemaking Philosophy:
Our style of wine is intended to be very site-specific in flavors and aromatics. My philosophy of winemaking is to simply assist and enhance the flavors of the fruit from the vineyard. At the winery my goal is to try and capture that essence into each bottle of our wine. Our vineyard driven wines are intended to be the perfect accompaniments to food and cuisine, so I prefer to not be too heavy handed in my winemaking techniques.
