Description

This is the first solo wine collaboration between our two son-in-laws. They have made wine with the assistance of our daughters, Brette and Taylor, and have decided that they are now ready to create a wine on their own. Brette’s husband Frank, who also assists with outside sales at the winery is a Captain with Cal Fire, and Taylor’s husband Dom who recently helped with landscape design at the winery is a City of Napa police officer and Treasurer of the Napa County Police Officer’s Association. 911 has taken on a whole new meaning for our family! While we understand the seriousness of dialing 911 when someone’s life, safety, health or property is in immediate jeopardy, we also acknowledge that sometimes being out of wine, or not having wine for that certain occasion, can be an emergency too! Frank and Dom have decided to combine their energies to create the perfect Dolcetto which can be consumed in any emergency or under any circumstance. Dolcetto is an Italian wine variety, rare in the Napa Valley among the sea of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. While they have enjoyed some of the creation process more than others, Frank and Dom have participated from start to finish - from picking the grapes, to making the wine, racking, filtering, and even the bottling process. This collaboration is sure to spark your interest and taser your taste buds.
