The Cafaro Cellars 2008 Premiere Napa Valley offering — five cases of a 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon/Petit Verdot blend— showcases veteran winemaker Joe Cafaro’s house style. Favoring a predominantly hands-off approach both in the vineyard and the cellar, this special blend was hand-crafted to represent the purest expression of the rocky hillside soils of Cafaro’s 15-acre family vineyard nestled into the eastern hills just south of the Stags Leap District appellation.
