Description
This 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon was grown and produced on the estate of Dieter Tede, located in the Yountville Appellation. The grapes were punched down by hand and fermented in fruit bins, followed by gentle pressing and aging in French oak barrels. Cabernet Franc and Merlot were blended into this wine, and the result is a truly great Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was made by veteran winemaker Barry Grushkowitz, in the profession since 1978.
