Kristof Nils Anderson has been making wine in the Napa Valley since 1992. Former winemaker at Lewis Cellars and in years prior, the protégé of consultant Nils Venge, (Saddleback/Venge/Del Dotto/PlumpJack/Carter Cellars) his time has been well spent honing the skills required of an accomplished craftsman. Additional experience from working at ETS Wine Labs in St. Helena combined with cellar time at Pine Ridge and Grgich Hills provide a well rounded and balanced background.

Our style of wine is intended to be very site-specific in flavors and aromatics. My philosophy of winemaking is to simply assist and enhance the flavors of the fruit from the vineyard. At the winery my goal is to try and capture that essence into each bottle of our wine. Our vineyard driven wines are intended to be the perfect accompaniments to food and cuisine, so I prefer to not be too heavy handed in my winemaking techniques.
