Small, comcentrated berries from this site were hand-selected and sorted to produce dark, rich, complex flavors with balanced tannins. The juice was cold soaked, then fermented and aged for 24 months in 100% new French oak barrels. The combination of Cabernet Sauvignon with a kiss of Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah achieves profound complexity with age.
