With only 250 cases produced each year, Linda Neal’s Tierra Roja Cabernet Sauvignon is already a rare wine. Our normal allocation limits buyers to a maximum of 6 bottles/vintage. Now you have the opportunity to own the rarest of all! The 5 cases produced for Premiere blends Linda’s precious Tierra Roja with wine from the DeSante’s own barrels. Each year the DeSantes buy grapes from Linda to blend into their Oakville Cabernet, but hold back enough to form half of this blend. Truly the ladies’ wine, as Katharine DeSante creates the blend and Linda grows the grapes.

After working at wineries and restaurants throughout California and Australia, David and Katharine DeSante returned to the beautiful Napa Valley. In 2001, after being approached by friends with prominent vineyards, their dreams culminated in the development of their brand – DeSante Wines. At the same time, they began crafting a few exceptional wines for other small brands, including Tierra Roja. Every day brings new adventures and surprises as David and Katharine work together to create wines to enjoy with friends.
