Cabernet Sauvignon
Howell Mountain

5 cases produced

Highlights

  • 85% Cabernet Sauvignon from our flagship single-acre Jack’s Vineyard at 1,700 feet atop Howell Mountain
  • The volcanic soil and low yields produce a small amount of concentrated, structured wine
  • For more structure, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon was added from our other micro-vineyard atop Mount Veeder
  • The low yields of the 2015 vintage produced intense wines with a great ability to age

Description

Your one-of-a-kind Premiere Napa Valley wine will feature 85% Cabernet Sauvignon from our Howell Mountain Jack's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon along with 15% Cabernet Sauvignon from our micro-vineyard atop Mount Veeder. The Mount Veeder fruit adds intense structure and concentration to the lifted aromatics and chocolatey mid-palate of the Howell Mountain fruit. Your astounding mountain wine blend will age beautifully for many years to come.
