Description
Most connoisseurs look for something as phenomenal as our 2007 Trinitas Cellars Cabernet Franc. In our first vintage of Cabernet Franc, winemaker Kevin Mills has carefully chosen the best fruit from Stan Boyd's Oak Knoll Vineyard. This lesser-known varietal comes from a classic vintage and is a thick-skinned grape that adds layers of earth and floral notes. This wine is a rich dark color that has deep fruit forward notes integrated with hints of vanilla and blooming lavender.
Remember a wise tip from our winemaker: "If you don't do it right the first time you might as well not do it at all"!
