PEJU invites Cab enthusiasts to take a journey through each of our nine Napa Valley estate Cabernet Sauvignon blocks by way of Fusion One Hundred – the perfect illustration of blending synergy. Our winemaker specially selected 100% Cabernet sourced from our H.B. Vineyard in Rutherford and Persephone Vineyard just east of Howell Mountain. Fusion One Hundred tells the story of each diverse site where our Cabernets originate. Together, these nine lots showcase the supple tannins and blackberry essence of the famed Rutherford Dust along with the bright cherry and crisp acidic characteristics of our northeast Napa Valley fruit. The result is notably exquisite and will be enjoyed for years to come.
