Description
Named after one of the many indigenous family members of our mountain estate, "El Coyote" combines the stealth and elegance of our best Cabernet Franc, the soft woodsy smokiness of a co-fermented Malbec-Syrah lot, and the steely spine of one of our most powerful Cabernet Sauvignon lots. The resulting wine is worthy of the name and truly evocative of the special place where it was grown.
