Description
This lot of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the three components that will ultimately be our 2009 blend of THE GRADE. It comes from Block #1, which has always been the foundation of our wine. The wine’s distinctive characters of black cherry and chocolate are brought out by using the Old World technique of open-top barrel fermentation. Lucy and Ethyl would be proud of this one.
