Canto, a proprietary blend of Napa Valley Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, is hand-crafted utilizing old-world winemaking techniques. Translated from the Italian for song or lyric poem, "Canto" is an unfined, unfiltered wine created through co-fermentation and using only naturally occurring yeast. The result is a lavish wine that is music to a wine lover's ear.
