Description
We are proud to showcase our Big Rock Cuvee, the Cabernet Sauvignon component in our PADRONE. The PADRONE, named in memory of my father, is a hearty, robust wine with hints of cedar and tobacco combined with layers of fruit, rich and perfectly balanced. Because of our low yields and extremely small berries this wine has resulted in flavors of great concentration and complexity. This wine will drink well in near term due to its rich, ripe fruit, however you may choose to lay it down over the next 20 years.
