Cabernet Sauvignon from Carneros…..yes! We always enjoy the opportunity to show off our beautiful, elegant Cabernet Sauvignon. With careful planning and planting the Carneros region is not limited to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Our cool evenings and unique soil types allow us to produce a Cabernet Sauvignon that is approachable upon release, but will improve with careful cellaring.
