Craig Becker
Winemaker, Peacock Family Vineyard
Winemaker/general manager Craig Becker began his career at Robert Mondavi Winery in Oakville. In 1997 he began making wine at Spring Mountain Winery and left there in 2003 to become a full-time consulting winemaker. Today he is both winemaker and general manager at Peacock: ???My goal as a winemaker is to produce exceptional varietal wines which reflect the uniqueness of the vineyard and the microclimate,??? he explains. His other projects include Somerston, Priest Ranch, Highflyer, Kelleher in Oakville, and Balcom Family Cellars.

Get it right in the vineyard, use natural winemaking techniques, native fermentations, just enough oak, and bottle unfiltered.
Timothy Milos
Winemaker, Howell at the Moon
Tim joined our team in May of 2006, and is the winemaker at Girard Winery. He was a Doctoral candidate in plant diseases at Cornell University, and a Masters candidate at UC Davis in Enology. He has become our winemaker in charge while Sarah attends to her family obligations (twin infants and a toddler). Sarah still remains as a consultant for Tim.
