Julie Lumgair is a highly awarded consulting and "hands-on" winemaker and winegrower with eleven vintages of fine wines made in Napa Valley, Italy, and Sonoma's Russian River Valley and Chalk Hill AVA's. Her calling cards are elevating wine quality and vineyard expression, operations, customer engagement and branding.

Her wines have achieved numerous 90+ scores, "Top Ten" lists and consistently been awarded top honors for a variety of her wine styles, ranging from elegant Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, opulent Cabernet Sauvignons, Zinfandels, Malbecs and proprietary red blends, to juicy Sauvignon Blancs and Ros??s.

Julie's wine industry experience is strongly complimented by 15 years as a Fortune 500 brand management senior executive, decades of sensory science, two years micro-brewery production and a lifetime as a fifth generation family farmer.

Julie's work for clients in the U.S. and Italy has included strategic and hands-on winemaking, custom crush, vineyard optimization, grower relations, and winery and lab operational improvements. Her calling cards are significantly elevating wine quality, facility sanitation, customer engagement and brand profitability. She has consulted on short and long-range strategic plans, winery construction, renovations, ROI optimization, new wine portfolio development, team education, training, and DTC skills.
