Description
Our prized one-acre block, Sixteen Rows, is situated high on the plateau at our Oakville estate vineyard. Again in 1999, it produced the best single lot of Cabernet Sauvignon. After handpicking and sorting, the whole berries went through a long, natural fermentation.
