At Sterling, we grow and ferment all five of the Bordelaise varietals; however we only produce Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. For this year’s Premiere we have selected a component of our production. This 2000 Vintage Cabernet Franc is a blend of the finest individual Cabernet Franc lots, chosen for their intensity of flavor, varietal concentration and purity of character.
