Description
The Cabernet Sauvignon is from our Howell Mountain Vineyard and being just shy of two acres, it's the smallest of our vineyards. The Cabernet Franc vineyard in St. Helena is one of the rockiest sites you will find in the Napa Valley—we only have about an acre of Franc planted to this four-acre vineyard and it give us low yields and wonderfully concentrated fruit. The final vineyard source for Aidan's Blend is a three-acre knoll top in the Oak Knoll District. This little Syrah vineyard produces some magical cool climate fruit, water starved and naturally low yields give us some of Napa's finest.
