Barrel X Barrel = Opulence This "Barrel Squared" cuvee is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the famed Beckstoffer To Kalon vineyard in Oakville. Fermented in new Taransaud 500-liter open-top puncheons and then aged in new Darnajou barrels, this wine crafted by winemaker Luc Morlet displays its hedonistic character while maintaining a sense of restraint.
