Experience and share the intense, concentrated flavors of Mount Veeder with this Cabernet Sauvignon. The reputation and style of Mount Veeder Winery helped establish the appellation and broaden the understanding and appreciation of wines from mountain-grown fruit. This special selection of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was chosen from grapes grown in the thin and rugged soils found on our steep hillside vineyards at 1500 feet of elevation. Our yields are low, typically 1.5 tons per acre, and produce dense, full-bodied wines. This wine will continue to age and develop in French oak until bottling for the lucky winner in the summer of 2010.
