Winemaking Philosophy:
Being intentional with blending to achieve your goal of what you want in the bottle. While wine making is definitely a creative process, it's also a product a business is selling - both us as a winery and restaurants. With my background in restaurants, my wine making approach takes the business aspect into account. We're relatively new to the industry and don't have a library of older wines to offer. That said, I keep that in mind when making the wines. Our wines are make to be enjoyed sooner rather than later. Also, I focus on approachability in the bottle. From my experience, that's what people gravitate towards.

Winemaking Philosophy:
Simple - follow your instinct. While I have no formal training in wine making, I've had the privilege of tasting some super high end wines to wines that come in a box. I’ve learned something from each one of them. I think it’s easy to get caught up in “what a wine should be” or “what the new hot trend is.” The problem with that is it takes away from the personalization. Wine making is a form of art, so instinct is the most important component for me.
