Description
Gamble Family Vineyards’ signature Bordeaux-style red blend, Paramount, is roughly equal proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, with a splash of Petit Verdot. For Premiere Napa Valley 2018, winemaker Jim Close has selected from the master blend his single favorite barrel – a Troncais MTL+ from Tonnellerie Remond – that fully expresses the elegant and seamless nature of this commanding wine. From five appellations covering the length and breadth of the Napa Valley, it is greater than the sum of its parts.
