Description
The grapes for this lot came from our hillside Cabernet block that we refer to as the Kindly Well. These vines typically give us just over two tons per acre of small-berried clusters of Cabernet Sauvignon. This vineyard block goes into the final blend of our estate Cabernet, but we have reserved just a tiny nip of this intense, earthy, Bordeaux-like 100% Cabernet Sauvignon for this ten-case lot, which will spend 22 months in French oak before being bottled.
