Description
This is the third year that Honig Winemaker Kristin Belair has chosen this unique bottling we call Westside Trio for Premiere Napa Valley. Rather than focusing on a single-vineyard location, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend from three different Napa Valley sub-appellations: Bartolucci Vineyard in St. Helena; Campbell Vineyard in Rutherford; and Rafael Vineyard in Oak Knoll. All are located on the west side of the Napa Valley, and produce fruit that ranges in flavor from spicy black pepper to bright red fruit, with structured tannins across the board. This unique combination is a true expression of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that will knock your socks off.

Kristin Belair
Winemaker, Honig Vineyard and Winery
A University of California, Davis graduate, Kristin came to the Napa Valley in 1981 as a harvest intern at Trefethen Vineyards. By 1985, she was making Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay for a small, family owned winery in Oakville, Johnson Turnbull Vineyards, which later became Turnbull Wine Cellars. In January 1998, Kristin joined Honig Vineyard and Winery, where she has spent the past 20 years crafting nationally recognized, award winning Sauvignon blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
