Description
The inaugural release of our prized Apple Block handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard is a composite of loam and cobble formed over millenniums of flooding of Dry Creek. The low-yield vineyard produced 1-1/2 tons to the acre of tiny berries with deeply concentrated fruit of elegant structure. The cooler climate of Oak Knoll allows long hang time for optimal ripening. The result is exquisite.
