Dedicated to Jacob Schram, who established Napa's first hillside winery in 1862, J. Schram epitomizes our philosophy to create a wine in which no effort has been spared and no care omitted. The best Chardonnay base wines of the vintage form the core with small portions of Pinot Noir layered in for richness and depth. These are the last bottles to be disgorged of our second vintage of J. Schram. Aged en tirage for 20 years in our Diamond Mountain caves, this lot represents a truly groundbreaking effort for us.
