Description
OYSTER WINE. The name speaks for this wine’s most perfect accompaniment. Source-Napa is known for its multiple harvests to create its Gamble Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc. 8 different harvest dates over one month in 2006. We offer our "first picks" for the first time as a stand-alone wine. 50% from the first pick of clone "Vrais Sauvignon Musque de Loire." Barrel ferment. Native Yeast. 50% first pick of clone “Preston Sauvignon." Tank ferment. Native Yeast. This crisp mineral wine is the backbone of our Gamble Vineyard. Beautiful acidity. Very long finish. Organic grapes. Subtle barrel accents of smoke and flint. Enjoy equally with either clean finishing Quilcine oysters or brine finished Belones. (Tom’s personal favorites).
