Description
Our 2004 Premiere Lot is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, blended from the two oldest blocks, I and J, on our Oakville Estate vineyard. These two vineyard blocks, located on the eastern portion of our vineyard, are rooted in our sparsest soils and make up less than ten% of our total vineyard. The resulting wine has rich exotic chocolate, raspberry and soy flavors on the palate, supporting an almost port-like structure and weight. Balancing flawlessly, this wine finishes with wonderful lush tannins and rich, rounded fruit.
