Description
This classic blend from the spectacular 1987 harvest has been aging 12 years sur lees in our cellars. Made as part of Domaine Chandon's "Club" program, a small quantity was set aside for further aging. The last remaining bottles are being disgorged specifically for this event. Made from 55% Mt. Veeder Chardonnay, 24% Mt. Veeder Pinot Blanc and 21% Carneros Pinot Noir.
