Description
We chose to blend our 2004 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon, which was grown at an altitude of 1,300 feet on Atlas Peak at Carnivale Vineyard, with 10% of our signature Cabernet Franc from Monticello Vineyards on Big Ranch Road, from which we normally only use 2%, to produce a soft, round, fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon.
