Description
A tight-knit team of obsessive creators is the driving force behind The Pact Summit wine. From meticulous harvesting to innovative methods of fermentation, the winemaking process was overseen by estate director Jen Beloz and winemaker David Jelinek. The Pact Summit 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited release of five cases sourced from the highest elevation of the Faust Vineyard in the Coombsville nested appellation. Your wine is characterized by silkiness, a blue-and-black fruit flavor profile, minerality and pronounced acidity—translating to elegance and finesse that will age beautifully.

David Jelinek
Winemaker, Faust
David Jelinek joined as the winemaker for Faust in early 2016. Known amongst his colleagues for his passion for excellence, attention to detail and high standards - yet still someone you would want to have a beer with - David was the perfect fit for the team at Faust. He brings a wealth of knowledge from 18 years working in the wine industry and experience with The Prisoner Wine Company, Epoch Winery, Summerwood, Harlan, Groth, and Joseph Phelps.
