Description

After a seven-year process of replanting our vineyards and installing drainage in the lower sections of the vineyards, we are now officially farming organically and biodynamically. These methods allow us to produce smaller, more intensely concentrated fruit. As grape quality is increasing we are able to work the fruit in a gentler fashion in the cellar. These processes result in a more seductive wine, but with the tannins to see it through time. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a snapshot of our new vision. With more richness and sensuality, the wine is powerfully voluptuous with red berries, rich cherry, umami, espresso and hints of cedar. The resulting wine is framed perfectly with balanced acids and tannins that will provide satisfaction for years to come.
