Description
The chairs of this year's Napa Valley Wine Auction, Bob, Roger and Vera Trinchero, can each look out their office windows to check on the progress of the Cabernet Franc planted in Trinchero Winery's Meritage estate vineyard in St. Helena. Under their watchful eyes, this Cab Franc has matured into a marvel! According to winemaker Joe Shirley, he immediately recognized the potential of this lot from the very first tasting. Handpicked and aged in French oak, these ten cases are from the only barrel produced.
