Description
The northeast corner of our estate Kara's Vineyard produced our favorite fruit of the 2001 vintage. The Cabernet Sauvignon vines are clonal selection #337, and are planted on a particularly rocky section of soil that we believe is an ancient riverbed. The wine is being aged in an oak barrel from the center of France, and will be bottled in the spring of 2004.
