Description
It doesn't have to be red to be delicious! This extraordinary Pinot Noir bubbly has aged in the bottle on the yeast lees in Schramsberg's cool Diamond Mountain caves for ten years. Its toasty and nutty aromas are very pronounced in the natural, undosed bottle. Still awaiting its finishing dosage, the winning bidder is invited to join winemakers, Hugh Davies and Craig Roemer, in taking the ultimate step.
