Description
At last, after 27 years, a Cabernet from Storybook Mountain Vineyards. Clones 04, 06 and 337 Cabernet Sauvignon, 09 and 018 Merlot and Petit Verdot from Viader--all the finest, lowest-yielding clones available--were matched to ideal sites. After a long wait of eight years for these vines to mature, and the excellent growing conditions of 2002, we finally have the estate wine we wish to present: a Cabernet blend with lovely aromatics, depth of flavor and the complexity, balance and grace to entice now and age beautifully.
