Description
Producing adventurous wines of uncommon quality, Priest Ranch celebrates the diversity of our unique Napa Valley estate with 244 acres of sustainably farmed vineyards ranging from 800 to 1,650 feet above sea level, across 140 unique blocks.
The Everest Select Cabernet Sauvignon captures the distinct qualities of four of those blocks, all true mountain fruit from purposefully designed vineyards at around 1,600 feet of elevation, producing a rich, complex and powerful wine that’s perfectly balanced with a long, velvety warming finish.

Craig Becker is a seasoned winemaker and has worked with a wide range of varieties planted at some of California's top hillside vineyards.
Country born: United States
Education: Driven by his strong interest in plan t and soil science Craig attended the University of California at Davis studying plant physiology, hydrologic science, enology, and viticulture.
Years in the wine industry: 15-20 years
Winemaking Philosophy:
It is Craig's artisan approach to winemaking and his extensive knowledge in viticulture that enables him to create superb wines from a wide range of varieties and sites.
