Description

Located six miles east of St. Helena and nestled in the mountains above Lake Hennessey, Buehler Vineyards encompasses some 300 acres of mountainside terrain with over 60 acres planted to Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. With nearly a half century of grape growing and over four decades of winemaking, our family owned winery remains fiercely independent and firmly committed to producing great wines from the grapes we grow. Your Premiere Napa Valley wine came from our winemaker’s favorite fruit on the estate: our Cabernet Sauvignon block that we refer to as Turkey Feed. The wild turkeys covet these grapes and our winemaker loves the wine this block produces. This vineyard block goes into the final blend of our estate Cabernet Sauvignon, but we have reserved just a tiny nip of this intense, earthy, classic 100% Cabernet Sauvignon to create your wine. Your wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered and spent 22 months in French oak before being bottled.
