With the depth of his winemaking expertise, he has a made a significant contribution to the Heitz family's legacy , producing classic wines with pure elegance that wine aficionados around the world can count on year after year.

Winemaking Philosophy:
To me, the real artistry in winemaking means being careful not to get in the way with overly aggressive manipulation. I have always taken a purist's approach, allowing each of our wines to express the true character of the varietal and to convey their unique geography within the Napa Valley.
