Description
Over the years Paradigm Winery has become known for our elegant and well-structed Cabernet Sauvignon. Each year we blend a very small amount of our estate grown Cabernet Franc into our Cabernet Sauvignon, which adds a nice hint of exotic fruit and spice. The rest of the Cab Franc is bottled on its own. For our Premiere lot this year we have chosen our very best Cabernet lot and combined it with a higher percentage of Cabernet Franc. This is a very special wine that will not be bottled again.
